Order fulfillment process

Every time your customer purchases from your store, Fiidom will synchronize the order and place it in different order status tabs according to which step your order proceeds to.

1. You place a customer order from Fiidom to your supplier.
2. You pay for the order.
3. Your supplier ships the package.
4. The tracking number is generated by your supplier.
5. Fiidom syncs the tracking number automatically from your supplier.
6. Fiidom automatically synchronizes the tracking number to your store.
7. Fiidom automatically marks the order as fulfilled and updates the order status on your store.
8. Shopify automatically triggers the shipping confirmation email.
9. Your customer gets the email.
