Before you import the product from AliExpress directly, please log in to your AliExpress account and link it.
Different product costs on Fiidom AI Dropship from AliExpress
AliExpress applies a welcome deal discount to product prices for newly registered AliExpress accounts, but products imported to Fiidom will not apply this discount. This is because the discounted price can only be used for the first AliExpress order. If you set the discounted price as the product selling price, it will lead to a loss when you have more orders. So Fiidom will not import this price.

When you import products from AliExpress, they will be moved to the Fiidom’s Product Center, and the product prices will then follow the currency settings of your Shopify store.
How to check if a product can be shipped to a country or not?
You can check the list of supported countries for the product directly in our in-app UI. However, due to a known bug, our Dev team is currently working on a hotfix.
How to check shipping methods and pricing information?
When you place an order in our app, you’ll see a list of available shipping methods along with their prices. These prices are set by the logistics company connected to the AliExpress supplier, so you can also check the same information directly from the product’s AliExpress page.

How to view product on AliExpress?
You can view AliExpress products pushed from Fiidom AI Dropship to your store by going to the Product Center, clicking the three-dot icon on the Product Card, and selecting View on AliExpress.
