How to Cancel, Quit, Terminate, or Pause a Fiidom Subscription
A Fiidom subscription is automatically canceled when you uninstall the app through Shopify or manually close your Shopify store. According to the Support Policy, our support team cannot cancel the app on your behalf.
How to Uninstall a Fiidom App from Shopify
To remove a Fiidom app from your Shopify store:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
- Locate the Fiidom app you want to uninstall.
- Click Remove.
Important Notes
- Shopify will continue charging for the current 30-day billing cycle if the billing period has already started, even if you uninstall the app during that cycle.
- If you plan to temporarily pause your store, we recommend uninstalling the Fiidom app as well to avoid automatic charges while your store is on Shopify's Pause and Build plan.
- If you decide to return later, you can reinstall the app at any time. Your data will be synchronized back automatically after reinstallation.
