AI Content Optimization: Store Overview in Fiidom AEO

The Overview brings your whole store's AI readiness together on one page. At a glance, you can see whether your store qualifies for Shopify Catalog, how many products are ready or need work, and which issues to fix first across Shopify Catalog, AI Content, and SEO.

Open the Overview

  1. Go to Apps > Fiidom AEO > AI Content Optimization.
  2. On the Products tab, find the Overall AI Readiness card at the top of All products.
  3. Click the card's view details button to open the Overview.

At the top right, Last scanned shows when your store was last checked. Click Rescan store to check it again with your latest data.

Your store's scores

Four cards show your store's scores out of 100:

CardWhat it shows
Overall AI ReadinessYour store's combined score: Shopify Catalog × 50% + AI Content × 30% + SEO × 20%
Shopify CatalogHow well your products meet Shopify Catalog requirements
AI ContentHow well AI can understand your product titles and descriptions
SEOHow well your products are set up for search engines

Each card shows a status label: Good for 80–100, Needs work for 50–79, and Poor for 0–49. Hover over the info icon on any card to learn more about it.

Shopify Catalog store eligibility

Before any product can appear in Shopify Catalog, your store needs to qualify. These are store-level requirements: they apply to your whole account, not to individual products, and they don't affect your Shopify Catalog score.

Account standing & history

Shopify also reviews your account itself, including account security and verification, operating history, payment and chargeback standing, and policy compliance. Fiidom can't see these results, so this section doesn't show a Good or Poor status. It's marked Reviewed by Shopify.

Click Learn more to read Shopify's requirements for being included in Shopify Catalog.

Product readiness summary

This section groups all your products by their Shopify Catalog status, so you can see how many are ready and how many need work. For example: 820 Ready (82%), 150 Need attention (15%), and 30 Failed (3%), out of 1,000 total products.

GroupMeaningHow it's decided
ReadyMeets all requirementsShopify Catalog score of 80 or higher, and no critical catalog issues
Need attentionMissing or partial dataShopify Catalog score below 80, but no critical catalog issues
FailedCritical issues foundAt least one issue that blocks the product from Shopify Catalog

Issues that put a product in Failed include:

  • Not published on an eligible sales channel
  • An invalid product status
  • A missing product title
  • No product images
  • A price of 0 or less
  • No product URL
  • Hidden from search engines

A sensitive content flag on its own won't put a product in Failed, because it's based on AI detection and needs your review first.

See the products in each group

Click Ready, Need attention, or Failed to open the All products page filtered to that group. Click View all products to see every product.

Top issues across all products

This section lists the issues that affect the most products in your store, so you know what to fix first. Use the tabs to switch views:

TabWhat it shows
AllThe most common issues from each category: Shopify Catalog, AI Content, and SEO
Shopify CatalogEvery Shopify Catalog issue that affects at least one product
AI ContentEvery AI Content issue that affects at least one product
SEOEvery SEO issue that affects at least one product

Each issue shows:

  • Issue: the problem, such as Missing product category or Missing meta description. Hover over the info icon for details.
  • Category: Shopify Catalog, AI Content, or SEO (on the All tab).
  • Affected products: how many products have this issue.
  • Action: click View products to open All products filtered to the products with this issue.

Issues are sorted by affected products, highest first. The first five are shown. Click View all issues to see the rest. If a tab has no issues, you'll see All products meet the recommended standards.

Tips for using the Overview

  • Check store eligibility first. If your plan or storefront password blocks your store, no product can appear in Shopify Catalog, however well it's optimized.
  • Work from the top issue down. Fixing the issue that affects the most products gives your store the biggest boost.
  • Fix Failed products next. They have critical issues that keep them out of Shopify Catalog completely.
  • Rescan after fixing. Click Rescan store to see your updated scores and issue counts.
